RIGHTLY DIVIDING
How to Read, Understand, and Apply God's Word
Why Every Reader Is Already an Interpreter
"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth."
2 Timothy 2:15 (ESV)
Choose one familiar verse you have quoted or heard quoted. Look it up in its full context — read at least the paragraph around it, and if possible the whole chapter. Ask: Who is speaking? To whom? What is the point? Write down one thing you notice that you had not seen before.
Ezra 7:10 — "Ezra had set his heart to study the Law of the LORD, and to do it and to teach."
